Awesome customer service
My line was blocked as i did not pay, i settled the account and contacted Vodacom to check of the payment is reflecting, i spoke to a lovely lady Sharon Mthombeni, talk about excellent customer service, Sharon contacted numerous times to check if the data is working, informed me of things i didnt know. I lost hope in Vodacom CCC however after speaking to Sharon i am confident that i will continue to get excellent service from Vodacom.. Thanks again Sharon, keep up the good work.
