Awesome costomer service

I called Vodacom today and spoke to a consultant by the name of Zintle Joni, I have to say, the customer service from that lady is out of this world, very friendly and accommodating, during our conversation she mentioned that I shouldn’t be surprised if I hear background noises as she’s working from home, she is not feeling well but she’s assisting as it’s a busy day, commitment doesn’t get any better, I hope her efforts are recognised, she’s very friendly and outgoing, I rate her 15/10..
