AWEFUL SERVICE!!!

I am at my wits end!!!!! I thought after your response to my last complaint everything would run smoothly as before. But I was dead wrong!!! What is it with you people!!??? How do you run your organisation? You turnaround time is a joke!!! There is apparently a job card that is still open your side since the beginning of this month but still has not been resolved. Since the beginning of this week, after the Vumatel technician came to my house the wifi seemed to work, only for 2 days. And I am back to square one. No connection AT ALL THIS WEEK!!! What on earth is going on!!!??? It's like you are toying with your clients. I don't even know what to say anymore. I am tired of this kid of service. I just can't wait for my contract to come to an end honestly. This is not right and not fair. I have to pay you but you are not giving me the services that I am using for. You better send a technican again toy house IMMEDIATELY!!!! Check your records hiw many times I have phone your cal centre last week. This is frustrating. I can work because the wifi keeps disconnecting. Connection only lasts for a few minutes. How do you expect I should earn living? You are messing wit my livelihood because I work from home yet but with so much difficulty due to your network connection problems!!!! Call NOW!!!
