If there was a 'no star' rating, you would win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your service is pathetic! I have spent the whole evening on the phone, being cut of - spoke to three agents and I still don't have reception! Your online assistant Tobi keeps asking what do I want to buy - nothing - I want service for the installment you took from my account today! That's all - basic service!
