AWAITING FOR PAID UP LETTER

My account has been handed over to MBD, I paid it on 8 June 2023, Been waiting for paid up letter. Been calling several time to get the letter, they always promise me to get it before the end of business of the day for the past three weeks, even today still waiting. I`m calling them almost everyday. Can you kindly help
