Awaiting feedback
I won about 5 edgars vouchers where I get R100 off every R400 when I purchase free2bu, legit or j exchange items. I tried to redeem the vouchers at Edgar's and I was told they don't work. I called vodacom and I was told that a lot of customers are experiencing the same problem and the matter was escalated to the technical department. It's been a week and I haven't received feedback as yet. My vouchers even expired. Vodacom is becoming the worst to deal with.
