Awaiting Cellphone Delivery
Good Day Guys,
I ordered a cellphone with vodacom online about two weeks ago. I have not received the cellphone yet. The delivery of it has been contracted to RAM couriers. The company has not made a single attempt contact me. I call in everyday but I unable to reach an agent. The item has arrived in cape town on 03/07/2020. Its status has not changed since.

This is your problem Vodacom. Get the item delivered as soon as possible.
