Avoidance of contract cancelation

I have been trying to cancel a contract of vodacom home wifi router but there consultants are avoiding canceling it. The last consultant I spoke with is BONOLO MATJEKE ON THE 02 OF MARCH 2026 and I requested an email of cancelation latter which she told me that is not possible to give me that latter.
