Avoid Vodacom shop at V&A Waterfront

Vodacom shop at the V&A Waterfront has THE most PATHETIC after sales service I have ever encountered..Faulty products ‘cannot’ be refunded but a gift card is to be given instead.Why would I choose to spend my money in a shop that has ONLY given me immense grief and no regard?Why must I follow up on faulty products when it’s their job to help me as a client of over 20 years?They are lazy and only concerned about sales,because there is no such thing as good after sales service from their side.NO WHERE in the entire shop does it state that refunds won’t be given.Staff has a lazy attitude to the point where I had to do queries on their behalf even though I’m the client!In THEIR books,the customer comes last.
