Avoid Vodacom powerflex

I ordered and paid for a powerflex deal last week via my credit card, the payment has gone though and i have a ref from my bank proving this but vodacom can not find my payment or my order, the numerous visits to the store has caused more frustration than anything else as they look at me with blank eyes and no idea what to do, I have been bounced around from pillar to post for days now with the call centre and once again nobody knows who cn help me, I've tried the robot guy but I don't have a vodcom number so he can't help me.

I've been told to email *** but the auto response I get days they moving off the email to some or other vodapay thing so that doesn't help me.

I've ordered a product and paid for it via the website, I have a bank payment ref and a VOD number that also doesn't work. All I want is what I paid for.

Please avoid this product at all cost based on my experience.
