Avoid Vodacom if you can.

I was called an offerd a contract by Vodacom. They delivered the phones on the 15Feb19. The lines were activated on the 16Feb19. I called in several times to correct the incorrect information they had on me including my banking detailed.

Come debit order day Vodacom debits 3 times the agreed contract amount. I call to inquire they tell me I defaulted on my debit order. I they agree the fault is theirs and they will refund me. Since then they refuse to refund me. Instead they say they are denoting next months contract amount from the refund. In that they have excluded the installments of the value added services. Meaning I will default. There is no place to get assistance they are rude and careless. It's an u solute nightmare. I have given up on the refund I take it was day light ******* now I wait for another inflated bebit order. I can't do anything about it. As as big as Vodacom is customers have no were to contact Vodacom expect in the endless pit of call centre's with rude agents. With department that are isolated and no cohesion what so ever.
