Avoid Vodacom at all cost, Rather support MTN

I just cannot believe the incredible incompetence of Vodacom and its staff. I was misled with false information to pay R8447 on the 26th of September 2025. Vodacom promised me a refund which till today 6December 2025 has not happened. They then went ahead and misappropriated the funds to a secondary contract which i never gave permission for.

Today i wanted to upgrade my contract (which was paid for in full with the R8447) and due to Vodacom misappropriation of funds for the second contract (also refusing to refund me initially) i am not able to upgrade without an additional R4304 payment. Absolutely pathetic and dishonest conduct. I have had enough of this type of dishonesty and ******* dealings.
