Avisha bad service review

Avisha from the retentions department at the Fibre department has to be the worse person we have ever dealt with, we requested to have the Fibre canceled as we were relocating, she assured us that she would be able to get our wifi up and running at the new place and that they serviced the area. 3 weeks later we find out that she actually **** and due to the fact contract still being active, we had been debited... Empty promises to be refunded and a month later nothing!!!!!!
