Availability of Upgrade Specials after sale

I Have 5 cell phone contracts with vodacom. Precisely a month ago we upgraded 3 of them to the then available special Samsung Grand Neo with Selfie stick. Due to stock not available in office we waited for a week for the cell phones. When we collected the phones we were informed that the selfie sticks have not arrived yet. We waited for a week when we were contacted again with the news that the selfie stick and the remote is discontinued and that only the head phones are available. So while being very angry and left with n other choice we had now to take the headsets. The headsets to our knowledge was ordered the same day. That was the 13 Aug. On the 21 Aug my wife was at the shop and still no head phones. I phoned the 25 Aug and was informed that their supplier even cant say when they will have stock again. So i am now angry and frustrated. Why advertise a special if you cannot supply it. I would like to know when will i have my stuff.
