Autopage to Vodacom Problematic Transition

Altech Autopage Cellular to Vodacom transition have been trouble some on my side. My two contracts *** and ***) offers/recharge/topup have been cut in half without notice. When speaking about this with Vodacom care of Nokuthula Ref:- *** says I had to speak to Altech Autopage Cellular, when speaking to Altech Autopage Cellular care of Selina, Altech Autopage Cellular says I must speak to Vodacom. From Vodacom I also spoke to Brenda Ref:- *** with not good results. Please help. Your Jack Kabini
