Automatic subscription

<p>Sometime last week (Thursday), I noticed a trend in decrease of my airtime. I called vodacom in suspicion of some sort of subscription on my number, to find my feeling was correct, my number has somehow, automatically subscribed to something called VLive (Dont even know what that is). From the same thursday to date, i have been calling vodacom to advise on how to unsubscribe because I am loosing airtime over something I did not even sign up for. Unfortunately, until to date no one of Vodacom`s consultants (customer care) is able to advise on how to unsubsribe. I have lost around R60 already, and still loosing (awaiting todays loss), airtie that I am told vodacom might not even compensate.</p> <p>What is even annoying with this is the arrogance and attitude one has to bear with those consultants because when you call to explain your situation, they tell you what they want you to hear without any solution.</p> <p>Vodacom needs to sort this out and compensate my airtime, i am tired of calls getting nowhere... Its exhausting</p>
