Automatic line upgrade without consent.
I received a call about 5 months ago with a promotion on my 2 existing Vodacom lines to give e more data,, i said yes,, they upgraded my prepaid lines to contract lines also.. i did not agree to upgrade my prepaid lines,, now i pay dubble and i dont even use it,, i phoned so many times,, was told it will be sorted,, im stilll waiting,, this is making me very angry now,

09 Nov 2023, 14:36basically i have to pay off R9000 +- for thee 2 contracts i really did not agree to,, you guys did the same with another guy i know,, upgraded his viber line without his consent, and now his stuck like me to,, i will remember this,, and you bet i will share this to every one i know,, i will never trust you guys ever again,,
