Automatic gaming subscription to make money!!!

In Jan 2018, I noticed that my bill in respect of my contract was much more than expected and queried this with Vodacom. I had been billed an additional amount of approx R900 pm since September 2017 for Vodafone Live gaming. I have not subscribed to any of these services. The agent advised that this was an automatic subscription, which I have not acknowledged or subscribed to. She went on to confirm that monies would be refunded to me, and I made it very clear to her that I will not be paying any of these costs and couldn't see her rationale of me having to sms daily to confirm if I am subscribed or not. She confirmed however that she'd remove these services and informed that I would be refunded the amounts with my bill in Feb 2018. I have just received my bill for Feb, which again has an amount of R986 in respect of Vodafone live. This is a cheap way of Vodacom making money at the expense of their customers. I find this ridiculous and cannot be held liable for amounts that I have not signed up for. The fact that you automatically subscribe your customers to this service is surely a money making scheme.

I am still waiting on a response from Vodacom, its been 6 days already. Its extremely frustrating to have to deal with a bunch of *********** individuals. I contacted the service desk yesterday where they dropped calls etc.
