'Auto-added' content/WASP services
I see many reviews re. customers being charged for a content service/WASP called GameMine that they NEVER subscribed to. These I found easily enough after Google'ng for it after checking my bill after receiving an SMS saying that I was subscribed to content services. Checking my bill, the subscription stood at just over R10. I then used the SMS link to manage my content services... cancelled GameMine. Checked again and it confirmed it was off. Received an SMS from gmhelp.cc (how dodge!?). Then went to check my bill again... R20+ after cancelling!? Sounds like auto-added content/WASP service rife in industry reports, no!?

05 Feb 2021, 15:08The consultant called me back (practically immediately) as promised. Issue resolved and a change put in place to ensure it never happens again. Excellent customer service and resolution management/handling. Most companies of this size do not open themselves up to this kind of complaint logging and feedback, when they should. Thank you!
