Attitude & Poor Service

I opened a cell phone contract with Vodacom at Store 83, Promenade Shopping Centre, A Z Berman Dr, Mitchell's Plain. It was the two cell phone deal however I just received one cell phone and received the second one after a month of phoning and going in store. I was told it wont be that long (a week of two) yet when I eventually received the second phone I received major attitude from Brandon. When it was the day of opening the contract he was all chirpy , however when it was time for him to assist and deliver his entire attitude changed. Upon arrival at the store for the second phone - he just went to the back of the store to collect the phone without even having the decency to say hello after i greeted him, he then opened the phone to add the sim card then handed me the phone without saying a word since I entered the store and after handing me the phone he walked away. I left the store in total shock that someone has such attitude towards a customer. He said I need to pay the caller ID fee in store which I did for both phones and up until today all incoming calls shows as unknown numbers two months later. I then spoke to Zeenat at Store 83, Promenade Shopping Centre, A Z Berman Dr, Mitchell's Plain which was a bad choice because her attitude is disgusting. Made me stand there waiting on her without her saying a word when I informed her why it is that I am there - then after 20-25 minutes tells me "Server Offline, come tomorrow" and she gets up from her seat. At first I wondered if I was being too nice to people without peoples s****s or is that just the attitude towards all customers that is "in-need" of their service after they've made their sale. Iv then decided to call the Customer Care line and I can happily say that Brandon and Zeenat seriously needs to get training from the kind and helpful staff at the Customer Care office or Vodacom will be loosing valued customers due to two individuals at one store.
