Attempt 1 - I am DISGUSTED

I have had such problems with Vodacom. They have debited the wrong amounts etc which I got fed up with. I changed jobs and wanted to change my debit date from the 26th of the month to the 10th of the month to ensure that my salary had cleared before the debit was due to go off. I called the customer care and they changed my debit date for me. it was so easy OR SO I THOUGHT!!! Now because they changed my debit order to the 10th I was told that I now had to pay double that month because of the month before invoice (which we all pay the end of every month) and then for the following month as the new invoices are generated on the 7th of every month. I then told them to change me to a cash payment as it was very inconvenient - I had to do a recording to send through to the board to have my request approved. the request was then approved and I then payed everything every month as normal. when going into the Vodacom store to pay my account monthly the amount was always just the normal amount that was outstanding. I wanted to open up another contract (stupid of me to even try Vodacom with this terrible service) but they declined me due to being a cash payment and not on a debit order - which neither I or the consultant could understand as my account is sitting as a P700 account (meaning I can apparently qualify for any contract deal) I had to call the customer centre to ensure that everything was in order when they were doing the credit checks (before I was declined) - I was told that my account was PAID UP TO DATE and that it was a CASH PAYMENT method. I then now get an email from Vodacom Collections telling me that my debit order has bounced (impossible - I paid my account already this month) so I called the Customer care department on the 15th of March 2019 only to find out that my account has now been changed back to a debit order WITHOUT my knowledge and I am now being told that my account is outstanding by R1099 odd??? does Vodacom now have the power to just debit off our accounts as they please??!!!

Can someone please explain this to me? I have had horrible service from Vodacom and I am honestly wanting to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom but again that will affect me more then them. I understand that service providers don't worry about us as customers because they know we all need to use them - there is no customer service and I am HIGHLY unimpressed with this situation. Due to all of this I went and opened another contract with another service provider who helped me without any issues and they helped me immediately. This is honestly DISGUSTING service - DON'T USE VODACOM - Rather save your self the trouble.
