Att vodacom cellucity disgusted service

I'm so disgusted by vodacom service there service is very terrible and u can never ever get hold threw to a relivant department.... I app**** for a cellphone contract worth r350 I eventually got threw to customer service they said it's been approved and it's a vodacom contract via cellucity I then contracted cellucity and I was told I only qualify for a sim data contract with 399 wow how disgusted I am my matter have still not been resolved after sending of many emails and attempts to stores and customer service if they approving me for a sim that cost more then the cellphone package why tell me I have been approved for my cellphone package I app**** for what the hell should I do with a sim contract I'm so ****ed with vodacom as well as cellucity terrible partners and the service is really bad honestly I want my matter solved not fair at all bad bad business people they can't even do one simple thing properly
