atrocious services

Went to take out a contract phn by an outlet in somerset mall and even ported from mtn on 06/10/2017. Had no communication from the sales lady the whole weekend and when i went back the monday got told the deal (2 handsets) expired and i couldnt get the the products. I ask to speak to the manager but the sales lady came back and said the manager cant find the deal on the system as it has expired, i proceed to ask the contact details of the person above the manager to which i was told that they not at liberty to hand out the details of the regional manager. This service sickens me as i was now to blame because i didnt phn them (i didnt even have the outlets nr). I tried contacting vodacoms headoffice, customer service etc but to this day no one ever came back with a concrete solution. Im sitting with a vodacom simcard now because i must wait 2months before i port back to mtn and without the handsets of which was a great gift for christmas.
