Atrocious Service from Vodacom

I am absolutely shocked at the service delivery we received from Vodacom. My Mother's ***** issue from April has still not been sorted out and the money that was taken from her account has STILL NOT been refunded. I understand that there are procedures to follow, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I was told by a gentleman named Lance that this issue is under review and that he will get back to me. This conversation took place in early June. I have still not heard a single thing from him. This is beyond ridiculous.
