***** AT VODACOM

I received a message that a sim swap was performed on my phone and I didn't do it. The person didn't have my ID and could never have guessed the last 5 numbers dialed because it took me 30 minutes to find that information on my phone, which has the sim in it. ***** was committed at a vodacom branch and now you are refusing to tell me which one, so that I can press charges. This also means that the same person can go back there and do the exact thing without my ID and last 5 numbers. There has to be accountability here. That is ******* activity and goes against RICA and everything else.
