Vodacom Sales consultant are **** .we bought a smart watch worth R3000 .now they gave us a smart watch for R849 .and the don't want to refund us .they always tell us that they are still in search of the consultant that sold us the watch before refund. Who responsibility is that . Vodacom Barberton is a ****.

I never thought vodacom can sell us a wrong item and when I complain they tell me that the sales person is no we're to be found. Is their responsibility to hire someone with good record
