@VODACOM
@VODACOM I have purchase a laptop via the telephone. After delivery, when I wanted to use it, I've noticed there is already a user "baker" I then phoned 111 and they confirm to me I must phone ***. They confirmed to me i must take the laptop to the nearest Vodacom then Vodacom Tygervalley confirmed to me they cannot help me so I phone *** again and they then said I must phone ***. Vodacom then confirmed to me they cannot help me because my 14 days has expired - no one told me i only have 14 days to open the brand new laptop.I am a very busy business woman and trusted the brand VODACOM BUT as a good client of Vodacom I am very dissapointed in their service. Vodacom Tygervalley sayas now I must pay them R899 to clear the laptop. This is not the way it should be when you are purchasing a new laptop is it Vodacom? You have ****** that away from me, don't care how i feel, don't want to collect the laptop at my house to investigate your mistake and for the record VODACOM you have sold to me a second hand "baker" laptop...wowee. That's now the service you are giving to a good client of yours. My account is always paid up to date more than R2000 per month. Unbelievable. BAD BAD BAD client service VODACOM.
