At my wit's end with Vodacom.

I have been fighting with Vodacom since May last year to stop taking unauthorized funds from my account. I complained to hellopeter and they said they would contact me. They didn't. After many phone calls to Vodacom, and many apologies from them with assurances that they would give my money back, nothing happened. So I contacted ICASA; who persuaded them to give some of the money back But then they still continued with the unauthorized deductions! I'm at my wit, and my budget's, end.
