Assistance from Jamie - lee
Was assisted with a query about 2,3 weeks ago and was assisted by the friendliest, very efficient Jamie-Lee Adams. She patiently assisted me, and even contacted me back the same day, as promised, to assist me and updated. The lead time for my query to be solved was an estimated 7 working days but my query got sorted within 2 days. Not was Jamie-lee very helpful but she has got such a nice personality and got very good communication skills and definetely knows her job. Although a bit late for the compliment: Jamie-lee, keep up the awesome work!
