good day,<br> <br> please note i went to Jabulani Mall VODACOM for an upgrade. i wanted a samsung A5 or A4 and Lindo told me that they do not have it I then asked if they can order it and she said a big NO with an attitude i asked again where can i go for it and she said i can go to Maponya Mall I asked if she can check if they have it so that i dont waste my time . This woman gave me another Big No saying that they cant do that at all<br> <br> my phone is due for an upgrade ive been there a couple of times and the very same lady is the one with an attitude and has no customer service.<br> <br> i am yet dissapointed by Vodacom.<br> <br> why do we have to go to Sandton to receive good SERVICE ? this is not fare at all.<br> <br> if that is the case then your procedures are to be looked at and your stuff as well needs to go for training on how to treat customers. young or old it doesnt matter.
