ASSIST ME BEFORE THE END OF TODAY OR WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM

I'm coming to you as a customer not as a lawyer unless you leave me no choice. since last week Tuesday until today, Vodacom system for removing flags so I can do sim swap have been offline. Tell me How am I supposed to log in at work? how am I supposed to access my student portal and school emails? how am I supposed to make online purchases with my bank cards without an OTP authentication. So people are getting paid for the job they are not doing. This is the 8th day of going to mall of Africa, wasting my petrol, energy and time just for this nonsensical type of service. You guys are going to trend, not while I'm suffering like this because of a sim swap. you are going to twitter, facebook, insta and tiktok. This is bull**** in a silver platter, no one is escalating anything on your end to have the matter fixed. With a relaxed voice and unbothered ''unfortunately we are offline'', offline for 8 consecutive days?? what exactly are you paying your IT's for? what are they doing to have this resolved? such a big network provider with a pathetic service, I'm highly disappointed.
