ASKING FOR Leniency -Callcentre not willing to ass
Good day<br> Today 2015-02-27 my phone account was suspended. I phoned vodacom to ask if they can help me. I spoke to the people mentoined above. I asked if I could pay R500 now, and as I have the money thru the month I will pay in extra, Vodacom wants to Deduct R1682 once off as it will be part of my bread money. But clearly they dont care.Thembhile and Vuyo said I can pay R500 today and then on monday R1st they will still deduct the R1682.00. why do they say a person should phone to make arrangements and they not willing to assist in any matter. O and apparenty they add R100 penalties as they like. I had arranged for the debit order to go off on the 22 as i did not have money for the debit. They deducted on the 20th and gave me a penatly, not informing me and vodacom choosing their own dates. I want to cancel my account and they not willing to assist in this matter. I cannot afford R1682 on one day that is part of my bread money. Vodacom really has dissapointed me, I have been part of vodacom for 12years. I would rather go to Cell C or Mtn as they are willing to assist their clients.
