Asked for extension then got cut same day

Good day, I called in and asked for an extension for payment until the 18th. The women said ok, she was very new. Anyway I proceeded to load 5gb of data which was approved, then my phone was cut. So kindly revert the 5gb of data off my account because now I cannot use it. I need to use it that day. So, revert it off the account.
