Vodacom can be pretty useless at times. This is one of the times where I get extremely mad, however extremely excited because MTN seems to have offered me some sort of peace of mind. I am officially jumping ship, and I am taking my family with. This is the 2nd complain and nothing is been done, no phone call nothing at all. I am disturbed by the never ending promises. The agent told me that I will be credited, next thing I requested for a recording... Nobody is taking me serious. Eventually the agent put down the phone, whilst I was waiting for her. This is absurd and totally unacceptable. I am taking this to the Ombudsman, I need my recordings. I will not be taken for a ride by you guys. I've had it with you
