Ashwin is probably the only superstar at Vodacom!!!
I have dealt with Ashwin for a number of my complaints (I may seem like a serial complainer), but he has always listened to me, acknowledged me and validated my complaint. He has NEVER been rude, never interrupted me and always has resolved my issues. He must deal with a lot of customers daily, but I never feel like I am a burden. Ashwin - keep it up...
