As usual the worst provider

While in store I have recieved excellent service which was friendly and fast, Vodacom has as usual let me down again! Hatw hate hate this service provider. My phone which I recieved on the 03/06/2019 has been booked for repairs for the 3rd time but has actually been taken in for repairs 4 times. How ****** long will they keep repairing by broken brand new phone before they decided it needs to be replaced? For heavens sakes all the not working hardeware can surely not be my fault since it was not working since I recieved it. And since when is a OBF 7 days and not 30 days? As I did take phone in before 30 days! All other providers OBF is 30 days. Cant wait to leave vodacom and go else where...
