As helpful as a roc****!

Ok so lodged a complaint almost a week ago, and was told someone will contact me, still not a peep. Been looking for alternative ways to get into contact with the people at Vodacom still jack all on the phone number. Tried the online chat, they cant help, and gave me a email address that isn't working. Pathetic to the end, and I thought Telkom was bad. They make Telkom look like a first world service provider!!!

CAN SOMEONE THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP REGARDING CONTRACT CANCELLATION PHONE ME ASAP PLEASE!!!! Yes I'm that irritated with this pathetic customer service!
