Arrogant Vodacom Sharks!

Warranty repairs - My daughters phone's battery has started packing up months ago. We have handed the phone into the local Vodacom shop in main street in Somerset west for repairs twice. Each time the phone comes back the same. We have bought so many cables and chargers including OEM ones which did not help. The battery just does not last, Each time they simply do nothing but check the software. To be quite frank, they purposefully saw that the warranty is almost over and all they did was buying time. The last time we wanted to hand it back, conveniently the warranty is over. The people at the Vodacom shop is also arrogant and should not deal with the public! I am seriously considering cancelling all my contracts when they expire - which is soon!
