Arrogant

So, I started my relationship with Vodacom back in 1998. Eighteen years a customer, our relationship just entered adulthood.

At its peak about ten years ago when I was considered a valued customer, my monthly spend peaked at about R2500 (R30k per annum). Today I have cut it back to R500 a month, rather funneling business through Telkom and Cell C.

Even more sadly, I cancelled my first of four Vodacom contracts and was promptly offered discounts and service galore. Why is that the only time Vodacom cares is when I start sueing for a divorce.

I used to be a loyal customer. Sheer arrogance has turned me into a disgruntled customer over the space of a decade. My numerous pleas and complaints regarding services, upgrades, accounts have fallen on increasingly arrogant deaf ears. Standing in your queues at Vodacom Canal Walk I noticed so many customers with similar feelings of frustration. I see the strong lead you once enjoyed being eroded by your behavior towards once loyal customers.
