Arrogance from Vodacom is unacceptable

I have a data line linked to my main account. In December 2016 around the middle of the the month i called to cancel only this data line. I was assured by the cancelation dept that this will be done by month end. Then in January 2017 around the first week i realised that this line was not cancelled, i made a call to the cancelation dept again and he offered to cancel my account with immediate effect but that i will then lose the data allocated to this line and i will not be entitled to a refund. Confused about how it is legal to rob me like this i told him to leave the line active until month end. On Tuesday i called in to confirm cancelation and was told my a very arrogant team leader that certainly needs training (Hapeshia) that the line is not cancelled and that this can not be done with emmedicate effect. According to her this is not done, so when i told her it was possible earlier the month i dont understand she handed the phone to Simpiwe her consultant. EXCUSE ME!!!!! while i am talking to you a team leader??? Really is this the quality of leaders vodacom has, that will explain why a long standing client like myself has to go to all this hassle to get answers. so Simpiwe was patient and even though i was angry he kept his cool, maybe his leader should take lessons from him!! he assured me that an email will be send to ********** to listen to my call in December and if this is the case then a refund will be done. Now i have not had a call from them, how long does it take to solve this query as nobody can commit to a time line.. Then foolishly i logged it on twitter and how stupid of me to think that a company this big will care about someone that is contributing to your salaries.. i was asked 3 times to send my number, then this morning i get a tweet to say please call us on ********** so that someone can look into my qeury.. now normaly when i receive complaints form my clients i have to call them so in what universe is vodacom operating where i have to call them to complain again and again and again... huge issues here..firstly i need this line cancelled and i dont appreciate that i have to pay another premium when i asked for this to be cancelled in December 2016, secondly why have all these platforms for customers if you are not dealing with the issues at hand! and thirdly please can you train your staff to deal with customers and actually action their requests or is this how you make your money, *****ing an extra month or two from all your customers can add up quickly im sure.. so when you have your nice meal tonight think off all the clients you stole from. So hopefuly someone with a sense of customer care and brains will call me to actually deal with this issue.. other than this last resort i dont know what more to do?? i am not only dissapointed but i can tell you i will be exploring other providers, and my R1200 p/m might not do anything to your bank balance but i will certainly have nothing good to say about vodacom ever again! The arrogance and lack of caring is unacceptable ..
