Area network problem

<p> I reside in polokwane town at compensatie 51. Recently there is a network problem around my area and about 2months back I reported the problem to vodacom and I was told that they will send the technicians to come and test the network and fix the problem. The problem is I get missed call massages without the phone ringing when I am at my residential but once I move away everything is fine.today I phone vodacom again to raise my complain the I was told to go and get 5 people's numbers that are in my area and send them. My problem is I don't work for vodacom so why do they expect me to do there job.it is not my responsibility to go around collecting people's number for them.please assist me as this is afactting my business badly</p>
