Are you open, or not?

I recently received an e-mail from Vodacom congratulating me on my new handset. As I have not yet made use of my upgrade nor purchased a new handset from Vodacom, I was concerened that perhaps someone had *****ulantly made use of my account details. I immediately attempted to contact them telephonically to clarify. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then selected the option to have them return my call. No such return call was forthcoming. I have since attempted to contact them telephonically on numerous occasions and on each the call is automatically terminated. I understand that considering the Covid-19 circumstances they may have limited staff and that is why I was willing to hold so long. Possible ***** should however be cleared up sooner rather than later so if your lines are not being manned, say so and provide an emergency e-mail address for concerns.
