aRE YOU GUYS BEING LIKE Cell C?

I took out a contract where it ended July this year (2015).I am now receiving threats from Vodacom because someone decided not to disclose all the infiormation.I called into the account department and spoke to Nelisiwe who did not have any answers then she transfered me to Thandi who tried to feed me an empty story.She even forces me to remember the day I called to cancel so she can pin a story on me.I cannot remember.Please put your house in order.You always tell us calls are recorded but you force us to remember how the weather was on the day.Really?And if you say the contract has expired why do you keep on trying to debit the account? We agreed on 24 months and no one cared to explain the month to month thing only when we ask.Please dont get desperate like CELL C,
