are you even active anymore?!

Nothing works anymore. My husband sits next to me and cant even get a call through, no internet service not even on the wifi router. But your not even shy about taking absurd amounts of data and airtime for a wonderfully useless service. Just waiting for a real emergency to die a horrible death because i cant even phone someone right next to me. So fix the problem or close down so i can find a network that works
