Are Vodacom Welcome Packs False Advertising??
I pre-ordered a Galaxy Note 9. I never received a call by the day the device was launched in store - what's the point of pre-ordering. I then walked in store on launch date to get my device. However, I never received the welcome pack promised up to this day.
The exact same thing happened years ago when I pre-ordered the Galaxy Note 4 and they promised Samsung Level On headphones. To this day I never received them. I let the first incident go as I thought it was an exception. Now it seems to be a norm.
Has anyone experienced the same? Is Vodacom leading us on with their advertising and not delivering?
