Are Vodacom and Oxygen8 working together

I have a sim card contract with Vodacom that is data only that I use in a router. Just by chance I checked the current balance on my accounts and found that the balance on this number was almost double what it is supposed to be. Further investigation revealed that I was being billed for content services ********** a day that I had not subscribed to. I may also add that this is not the first time this happens as it happened on my cell contract before. The consultant has the nerve to say that I must have subscribed to it, now how can that happen when this sim is not in any phone and is data only? Furthermore Vodacom does not refund these charges. This is happening to so many people why can these ********* not be prosecuted and why can Vodacom and other service providers not validate the subscription first by sending a verification pin that has to be entered before such services are activated - ah stupid me they making money from it! Called Oxygen8 and the woman who answers when I asked what business do they do says they supply companies with Oxygen?? NOT. We all need to open cases with SAPS if that will help and get these ******** behind bars. Will Vodacom refund my money??

Good day The charges are on my September account on contract ********** 03 - I received SMS today 29.09.2017 saying that I have been unsubscribed from content services which I unsubscribed last week - the charges stopped for a day or two and lo and behold I have checked my account again today and there are new charges again. What must one do as a customer to protect oneself if your service provider cannot protect you from this nonsense????

I have just spoken to a Vodacom consultant who has the nerve to rell me that I cannot dispute a current invoice - so I suppose I must just let these content services run and pay up at the end of the month - what utter BullS**t. And they have the nerve to tell me that I wont be refunded . Vodacom you can cancel my contract immediately.
