arbitrary number taken

Whilst I was overseas on business and my cell was on roaming, Vodacom gave my number to a third party without my knowledge or consent. On discovering this, I immediately contacted Vodacom Century City, provided them with an affidavit informing that I had the number for the past + 30 years, that the 3rd party now had access to all my information as well as my Whatsapp messages and contacts plus the number was my OTP for my banking. I was informed that the number will be immediately suspended. Nothing happened. On my return I visited Vodacom in Century city and was helped by Marcilano who tried his best to contact Vodacom services but was given the run around. I discovered that the number was taken by the Musgrave, Durban branch; that it was not recirculated with the result that the 3rd party had access to all my information. Despite repeated attempts to regain my number I have been met with a wall of silence.
