APPROVED???? WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO VODACOM?

I walked into Vodacom Canal Walk on Friday the 14/10/2016 to do a transfer of ownership, I filled in all the forms and all went well (thats what i though) the agent advised me i was approved and but she needed to send my paperwork away. Today i found out, apparently i was approved but Vodacom cant offer me a contract or any contract for that matter. So why question is, what does the word approved mean? I received an sms and even a email stating i was approved, how can they turn around and tell me i was not approved? I am already on month to month and am wanting to take our my contract from my dad and put it into my own name. I honestly think it will be better to tell my dad to cancel the contract with Vodacom and i can go to another provider who will actually not contradict themselves. Vodacom claims they are the best network, but by my past expirence i highly doubt it.

PATHETIC!!!

I was asked for a reference number and still no response. All Vodacom is doing is lowering my credit scoring by re-entering my credit checks and to be approved the first time was to do a credit vetting only way they could APPROVE me. Now with this query they will probably go into my credit scoring yet again and LOWER my CREDIT SCORE even more. I have already contacted Transunion and everything is fine, so i am one step ahead of Vodacom there was no reason to decline me as per transunion and was scoring was fine actually excellent being a 10 and not a 3 as per the call centre. I have an sms and an email to prove i was approved by Vodacom, maybe i should take my proof to the National Credit Act becuase Vodacom is clearly not bothered by any of this.
