Approved and Decline and Forensic

My application was approved in another Makro store then decline. Now my application or my case has been subjected to the forensic investigation. The guy from Vodacom care who was updating me is no longer updating me. No feedback and no reason why my application was approve and decline and now has been subjected for investigation. I need answers and explanations very urgently than waiting for me to write on hellopeter. There are many customers who are suffering by Vodacom and being treated very badly like me. Firstly I was told my application is declined due to because I am owing, Now there is no respond after my reapply until now I hear that they are doing forensic investigation.<br> <br> I need answer very urgently as a Valued customer. I deserve answers and explanation WHY. Its my rights as Consumer to know why my application is declined. I need answers.<br> <br> Vodacom is treating me very very bad and I need answers. Why there is no update in my case???
