App**** online for contract

Good day,

This review is to represent how unsatisfied i am with the way in which Vodacom deals with how one applies for a contract. I have been with vodacom for over 10 year on prepaid and recently decided to switch to a contract. I app**** online for the uchoose flexi 179( huawei p8 lite black) with R200 airtime, this was first done on 04/04/2017 (***). I was then told that my number did not belong to me and that they could not port my number, which i then disputed as i have had the number for 10 years.. When contacted again on 05/06/2017 andwas told they have managed to port the number, however the deal was no longer available, I disagreed as it was still available on the website. The agent said he will get back to me but did not. I then app**** once again on the website for the same deal(NY2L8J), someone did contact me and i aksed them to call me back in 1 hour. after no contact i called the contact centre on 06/04/2017 and was told that they are offline as deals were being refreshed and will be contacted when back online. The deal i wanted is no longer available on the website today, does this mean when i app**** online, will it make it null and void today? if this is the case, i do not feel this is fair as i app**** twice and was not assisted accordingly. Come on Vodacom if you wanting to get Contract clients, why make it so hard to actually get a contract?!?
